A potential deal will usually start with a feasability of the project for you to peruse, followed by a meeting and many conversations until all parties have a clear understanding of all aspects of the development and what is required from each party. Next in Setting this up is to form a Company trustee/ Unit trust structure, this will list your ownership share, and  in conjunction with a Legally drawn Joint venture agreement, listing every detail, including all parties, responsibilities and profit share etc, this gives everyone a clear legal understanding of what is to happen and when.

We can have plans drawn and get a Development approval for your site whilst you are still living there, therefore adding value to your property without you doing anything,  we can source construction funding and carry out the work to completion and we both share in any sales profits. We get to save on purchase and holding costs during the planning phase, whilst you get to maximise the return from your property, this is truely is a win win for both Parties.
